Ordering immediately on the famous Münster basilica within the city center of Bonn, the new entrance to the “Münster Carre” was created. Rooms which are used as a central information and communication area by the catholic church. It was our vision to take into account the special features of the transparent room whose surrounding walls are part of the basilica, while considering the various areas of functionality.
To withdraw the design except for a subtle purple play with colors and to experience the unique culture of the church in terms of form and color. Forms, which lead people in a “non-verbal” way, colors that distinguish the location, light emphasizing the atmosphere – a timeless and humble place created to serve mankind.
