The administration building is a conglomerate of various buildings having been added throughout the years. It was our goal to join this maze of rooms visually together and to create an element of belonging for the employees which not only respects the culture of the company but also intensifies the identification of the employees with the company. Based on a red axis stretching through the entire building and completed
by red areas of creativity, different buildings have been joined together. This is underlined by a light concept playing with bright and dark areas making the passage through various parts of the building a highly interesting journey. On this basis different and diverse qualities of stay were created both thrilling and motivating the employees.
