LESKANPark is the former business premises of Total Walther – historic facades in fascinating contrast with modern functional architecture stand for the attractiveness of the park. The LESKAN bistro is situated within the park for the park’s guests as well as the city quarter’s residents. Apart from the gastronomical service, the space is used for private and public events and had to be tailored to individual demands.
The park’s specific charm with its historic facades becomes a design element for the catering premises, the visible elements of the park being the foundation of the design. Adopting the industrial design language in contrast to the new elements creates a powerful tension.
